Speed to lead
Ring a new enquiry within sixty seconds, qualify them, and drop a booked meeting into a rep's calendar.
Outbound voice agents
Glide dials your leads, patients and customers on your own numbers, then holds a real conversation until something is booked, confirmed or resolved. Hundreds of calls at once — every one transcribed and accounted for.

The product
Most voice bots fall over the moment a call goes sideways. Glide is built around the awkward middle — the interruptions, the reschedules, the person who answers mid-sentence.
Local caller ID per region, sensible retry schedules and calling windows that follow the contact's timezone — not yours.
Talk over it and it stops, listens and picks the thread back up. Around 700ms from you finishing to it answering.
The agent checks real availability, writes the appointment into your calendar mid-call and texts a confirmation before hanging up.
Anything outside its brief gets warm-transferred to a person, with the context already summarised so nobody starts again.
Recording, full transcript, a structured outcome and the fields you asked it to extract — pushed straight back to your systems.
Discloses it's an AI, captures consent, honours do-not-call suppression and stops dialling outside permitted hours.
How it works
Upload a CSV, sync a CRM segment, or push contacts to the API as they come in. Glide dedupes, checks suppression lists and schedules the dial.
Describe the job in plain English, pick a voice, set the guardrails and connect the tools it's allowed to call. Test it against your own number until it sounds right.
Calls run in parallel. Outcomes, transcripts and extracted fields stream back live — to the dashboard, a webhook, or straight into your CRM.

Use cases
Every business has a list of calls that should happen and never do. That's the list Glide works through.
Ring a new enquiry within sixty seconds, qualify them, and drop a booked meeting into a rep's calendar.
Work through everyone who's lapsed and bring them back — the job nobody on the team ever gets to.
Confirm tomorrow's bookings, cut no-shows, and fill the gaps from a waitlist the moment someone cancels.
Consistent, polite follow-up on expiring plans and overdue invoices, with a human transfer on request.
Put a cold list through a real conversation and hand your reps only the ones worth their time.
A short call a day after the job. Far higher response than the survey email nobody opens.
In the field
Our first agent works six-month recalls for a New Zealand dental group. She introduces herself, explains why she's calling, finds a slot that suits, books it into the practice calendar and texts a confirmation — then passes anything clinical to reception.
Books into the practice calendar during the call
Escalates clinical questions to a human, never guesses
Returns a structured record for every attempt, answered or not
Want to hear it for yourself? We'll set up an agent for your use case and have it call your phone. Ask for a live call.

Marcus T. · 1 min 12 sec
Summary · Marcus was overdue for a six-month check-up. He asked for an afternoon slot; the agent offered Thursday 3:20pm, confirmed, and sent a text. Flagged for reception: he mentioned sensitivity on the lower left.
Integrations
Nothing to rip out. Glide sits alongside your CRM and calendar, and everything it learns on a call comes back as structured data.

}Questions
Anything else — including the awkward compliance questions — just ask us. A real person answers.
Yes. The agent introduces itself as an automated assistant in the opening line, and it will say so again any time it's asked. We don't build agents that pretend to be a person.
Natural enough that most people carry on the conversation without comment. Speech recognition, reasoning and speech synthesis all run as streams, so the gap between you finishing a sentence and the agent answering sits around 700 milliseconds — close to a human pause. You can interrupt it mid-sentence and it stops.
Yours. We connect to your existing SIP trunk, or provision local numbers on your behalf so the caller ID matches the region you're calling. Answer rates are considerably better on a local number.
It says it doesn't know and offers to put the person through, then warm-transfers to whoever is on duty with a summary of the call so far. Every escalation is logged. It is built to stop rather than guess.
Suppression lists are checked before every dial and updated the moment someone opts out on a call. Calling windows follow the contact's local time, and recording consent is captured and timestamped in the transcript. You stay the data controller throughout.
A first working agent usually takes about a week: a session to map the call flow, a few days building and tuning against test calls to your own phone, then a small live batch before you open the taps.
Pricing is a platform fee plus a rate per connected minute, and it scales down as volume goes up. Pilots are deliberately small so you can prove it works on a few hundred calls before committing. Email us and we'll quote against your actual list size.
Recordings, transcripts and extracted fields are stored encrypted and are available over the API for as long as you need them. Set a retention window and we'll delete on that schedule, or purge a contact on request.
Tell us what those calls are. We'll build the agent and show you it working on your own numbers.
